Synopsis

Folk band Wutiaoren (Guangdong) consists of three idealistic teenagers who illustrate the stories of townspeople and give voice to the underprivileged.  Using guitar, accordion, drums and their native dialect, Teochiew, they comment on the ridiculousness of everyday life in China.  This is the authentic spirit of folk.

Wutiaoren reckons the best way to celebrate Christmas is to bring people together, without any limitations or restrictions, to create utopia.  So come and listen to the honest, lively folk music of Wutiaoren.
