Fringe Club’s Head Cook Joe explains our food philosophy:

After working in the Fringe Club’s kitchen for over 9 years, Head Cook Joe is adamant about some rules in his kitchen.

“I only cook healthy food. That means, no MSG, no chicken cubes, only natural flavouring”, insists Joe proudly.

True to his mantra, Joe cooks up vegetarian lunches that are renowned as ‘not tasting vegetarian’ by using fresh onions, garlic and a secret blend of Asian spices.

Mindful that the Fringe Club is a venue for people of all ages and nationalities, Joe is careful that his food is neither too spicy or too salty.

When asked how working in the Fringe Club kitchen has changed his life, Joe smiles, then says, “Even my own diet has become healthier too!”
