Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds,遂將她命名為露西(Lucy)。 A dance theatre show featuring two pieces: Lucy: In 1974 in Northern Ethiopia, 47 bones of a skeleton were unearthed. Scientists concluded that it was a female, human-like creature that lived about 3.2 million years ago. They named it Lucy after the Beatles song Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds. The discovery transformed our views of how we became human. She is a Good Girl: Men are determined to go for one specific goal at a time, while women head for several at the same time. Women are tougher, but more lost. Humble and complicated, women are possibly the greatest force in our society. |

356BC. Herostratus of Ephesus has just burned down the city’s famed Temple of Artemis, for which he must not only die but also be erased from history – but how exactly? Grigory Gorin’s pre-perestroika fuelled satirical romp around the classical blocks explores the not-so-irresistible onward march of Marxist historical forces, chiming all the while with our own celebrity-obsessed times. This Not So Loud production reprises the company’s laugh-out-loud Hong Kong première of the play at last October’s TRItheatre Festival. |
