Colette’s is named to commemorate Colette Koo, actress and multi-talented artist. It was once the staff dormitory of the old Dairy Farm and now is designed to provide an informal setting for the display of photography and paintings. With indoor seating capacity of 40 people plus 20 more on the terrace, it is also a social space for artists to meet and conduct business. Consistent with the other facilities in the Fringe Club, its design is to fully integrate with everyday life. It is where people can enjoy the arts over food and drink.
