(HONG KONG) You’ve read about them and maybe even dined at their restaurants. Now you can listen to them talk about their food live. This spring, Slow Food Hong Kong and The Fringe Club present CHEF TALKS, a series of seven evenings with eight of Hong Kong’s most respected and celebrated chefs.
Find out what motivates, annoys, challenges, and inspires these kitchen masters. Learn how they create their dishes and why they choose their ingredients. The line up of acclaimed chefs:

upcoming-events/chef-talks. A maximum of two seats per reservation will be accepted. Seats must be claimed at least ten minutes before the talk, or they will be released. Remaining seats will be released on a ﬁrst-come, ﬁrst-serve basis.
