Synopsis

How do we embrace hope in the midst of fragility?

World Vision Hong Kong recently travelled to Uganda with singer Deep Ng and his music partner Cedric Chan to visit refugee communities. In the most vulnerable refugees, they witnessed vibrant hope—an experience that moved and inspired them deeply.

This photo exhibition presents the journey of refugees from “fragility” to “hope” through the lens of Kenneth Tsang, the trip photographer. It hopes to not only offer the public a deeper, more human perspective of refugees, but also encourage anyone feeling lost or fragile to keep moving forward.

You are invited to embark on a visual journey to Uganda—and walk from fragility to hope together!

About the Photographer:

Kenneth Tsang is a local artist who graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art, majoring in oil painting and design. Besides pursuing Asian culture in Tokyo, Japan, Kenneth also studied art history and painting in Florence, Italy.

As a photographer, Kenneth always seeks to build a connection with his subjects and listen to their stories before pressing the shutter. He sees arts as a way to connect with people and care for the vulnerable, and his works consistently reflect a deep sense of humanity and compassion.
