Synopsis
Within the walls of the Fringe Club's century-old building, a group of children are engaging in a cross-temporal dialogue with the thousand-year-old art of ink wash, through their innocent and fresh perspectives. Watching them grasp brushes and explore the subtle gradients of ink on paper, you'll discover how the sparks flying from the collision of childlike wonder and tradition can be so profoundly moving. They are not only learning the techniques of ancient masters but also, in their own unique ways, telling stories that belong to our contemporary era. Stepping into the exhibition hall with its preserved original brick textures, you'll sense a unique atmosphere—the creative strokes of the children harmonize beautifully with the serene elegance of the historic architecture. Each piece seems to whisper, "Look at the world I’ve painted from my heart!" We warmly invite you to visit and experience how these young heirs, with their purest hearts, are breathing new life into the ancient art of ink wash. We believe you will not only be delighted by what you see but also gain a renewed understanding and appreciation for the meaning of "cultural inheritance."
