November Community Drum Jam: 25 Years of Rhythm. One Big Circle.

25 Years of Rhythm. One Big Circle.

For a quarter of a century, the Hong Kong Community Drum Jam has been a space to step away from the screen, have fun making music with strangers, and feel connected. It offers a real down-to-earth human experience right in the heart of the city.

What to Expect:

This isn’t a concert to sit and watch—everyone is a participant. Led by Japanese percussionist Kumi Masunaga & the Drum-Jam Team, we co-create a dynamic flow, moving from a powerful drumroll to a nice, steady rhythmic groove. A wide variety of drums and percussion instruments are fully provided—no musical experience needed. Discover how easy it is to express yourself, connect with others, and experience the physical and mental health benefits of group drumming.

Celebrating Our Silver Jubilee:

To mark our 25th anniversary, a colourful array of our favourite past guest performers are returning to the circle, bringing a diverse mix of global cultural flavours and inspirations into this single, special Friday night. Over the last 25 years, more than 30,000 people have joined our circle in Hong Kong. Whether you are joining for the first time or have attended many times, let's

get together to celebrate "us"! Drop by the Fringe Club bar, grab a drink, pick up an instrument, and kick off your weekend with the community.

Seats and instruments are limited. Secure your spot early and join the groove!
