We confront the dual challenges of a struggling film industry and a faltering economy, where film production is constrained by financial and environmental limitations. However, this film festival emphasizes how, within these confines, we can harness boundless imagination to bring forth the imagery we believe in. To tackle the issue of costs, the simplest tool available today is none other than our smartphones.

We are about to unveil “Phone Made Good Film,” a collection of four short films shot with an iPhone, utilizing handheld techniques and natural light, all under a minimalist production approach. These works explore a range of themes: from the intricate dynamics of gender relationships to questioning traditional customs, and even delving into the realm of psychedelic visual aesthetics.
